Fan Coil Unit (Indoor Unit) Condensing Unit (Outdoor Unit) o Check and clean air filter and unit cover. o Check the operation of the compressor suction o Check and clean blower wheel. and discharge pressure. o Check and clean drain pan and drainage pipe. o Check and clean condenser coil with blower. o Check and clean evaporator coil with chemical. o Check the refrigerant gas level. o Check and monitor the condition o Check the condition of fan and bearing. of the switches and accessories. o Check and ensure proper operation of thermostat.
